FULLCIRCLE

It can be hard to fit ourselves into a generic definition. Yes, FullCircle is a school. But FullCircle is not just a school. It's an internship. It's a family. It's a place to grow closer to Christ in every paradigm of life in a creative and driven atmosphere.

FullCircle is a response to the Great Commission.

Go and make disciples of all Nations ... teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you..
— Matthew 28:19-20

We exist to raise up a generation of disciples and  leaders who are devoted to Jesus Christ. We do this in multiple ways, but we can sum it up in a simple foundational declaration of who we are, "Be a Pioneer."

The Pioneer Spirit

In the fall of 2009, we began to lay the frame work for what would become FullCircle. One year later we would start our discipleship adventure with seven young men, venturing into something that seemed so uncharted to us. FullCircle was birthed out of this pioneer spirit.
In the midst of college tuition climbing each year and a lack of discipleship programs that offered higher-level learning, we had a desire to cut our path into the "christian college territory." We wanted to create a school that would have the best of both worlds - elite academics and intentional ministry experience. By offering college accredited courses through Southwestern Assembly of God University along with a missions experiences with Kansas Youth Alive, Fullcircle is dedicated to installing this same pioneering spirit into our students - a lifestyle that exemplified in the lives of John the Baptist, Jesus, and Paul as they each operated outside the status quo of their cultures. We want to send out students that fly past mediocrity and strive to become a pioneer in whatever ministry or career they choose to pursue. We want to make disciples that will make disciples.

Intentionality

One of the main mantras of our program is "doing life on purpose." We want to saturate our students in a mindset of intentionality.  Everything we do in ministry - mundane or extravagant - we do to glorify God.  Whether it's the goals we set with our students or the boundaries to which we hold them accountable, everything is done to help them be successful in their walk with Christ.  We believe that when people live life on purpose, their potential is limitless.
