Personalized Ministry Opportunities

Each student is given general ministry training through classroom teaching, ministry education and hands on practicums. To delve deeper into understanding YOUR ministry calling, each student will have opportunity to plug in to numerous ministries onsite with our partnering church, ONWARD CHURCH, along with individual ministry mentor sites, personalized goals and projects.

One on One Accountability & Discipleship

Every student learns and develops differently. FullCircle is set up to nurture and develop each student through structured schedule, a culture of community and individual discipleship with our directors. 

Set Yourself Apart

Our location on the Wheat State Retreat Center & Campgrounds lends itself well to our “wilderness” culture of getting away from distractions. The FullCircle campus is located 15 minutes east of Wichita. We have “homestyle” dorms with house directors and a family dynamic. We do life together differently.
