Discipleship through Dialogue

We believe that discipleship happens through relationships. Relationships require trust and communication. When it comes to the discipling process, intentional dialogue and accountability are our first priorities. We want to establish an atmosphere of transparency and compassion for our students. We do this is a lot of different ways, but our heart behind all of it is to help our students reach their goals and pursue their call. We strive to see our students grow in Christ and have success in everything they do.

One-on-Ones

One way we help develop our students is through weekly one-on-one meetings with members of our staff. These meetings are a time of setting goals, checking in on their progress, and working on budgeting time.  These meetings have become a crucial part of Fullcircle : it has enhanced our discipleship experience and helped us become more intentional in our discipleship process.  We also will use this time to implement any necessary discipline, which is further explained in the Fullcircle Code of Conduct. All in all, these meetings are meant to be a time to build up our students, not to put them down or discourage them.

Chapel

Every Thursday we invite a local pastor or ministry leader to speak a relevant message to our team. This is an awesome time of refreshment and worship for our group. Chapel has become a memorable time for many of our past and current students. It's such a great opportunity to hear from pastors from all over our state and get the chance to hear from their heart.

Devotions

The Bible gives us a great example of a devotional life through people like Daniel, who prayed consistently and confidentially. We  like to imitate that example and start every morning with personal prayer and devotions. We believe in starting the day off on the right foot, which is why we allow ample time in the morning for Bible reading and prayer. At the end of devotions, we all gather up and pray as a team for our day and for anything that may be on the students hearts.
